FairTurn is the up system for your showroom. It keeps the rotation fair, buzzes the next salesperson's phone, gets a manager on every deal before the customer walks, and makes sure every unsold visitor gets a call back.
Fair rotation you can proveA T.O. on every upPhones, desktop and the showroom TV
The problem
Most buyers walk in without ever filling out a form. Who greets them, how fast, and whether anyone calls them back decides the month.
shoppers greeted right away rated their visit extremely positive. When the greeting took 21+ minutes, only 67% did.
CDK Global shopper research · Sep 2025of car buyers did every step of the purchase at the dealership. Only 7% bought entirely online.
Cox Automotive Car Buyer Journey · Jan 2026of 875,000 car sales came from people who never submitted a lead first. Most buyers just show up.
Autotrader and Clarivoy · Jul 2025A fair line on the showroom TV, protected appointments, and a call back for every unsold visit.

02Appointment security
No photo of the car out front 30 minutes before? The appointment moves to the next rep.

03Follow-up
Calls on day 1, 3, 7, 14 and 30, and a nudge for managers at 9 and 5.
What FairTurn does
A live line with late and step-away rules, quick ups and be-backs. Every turn is timestamped, and manager overrides are on the record.
The next salesperson gets a buzz and a chime. Nobody hovers by the door, and nobody skates a customer.
Scan the barcode on the back of a driver's license at the desk. Returning customers show up as be-backs, not fresh ups.
Reps ask for a T.O. in one tap and managers on shift are alerted. A customer 20 minutes on the lot without one raises a flag.
Every car out and back, ride-along or not, with an alert when a car has been out 45 minutes.
The car is photographed and ready 30 minutes before the appointment, or the appointment moves to the next rep. Reminders at 2 h, 1 h and 45 min.
Every unsold visit gets calls on day 1, 3, 7, 14 and 30, with outcomes logged and manager reminders at 9:00 and 5:00.
The line, customers on the lot and for how long, appointments still to come, and today's ups and sales.
Ups, closing rate, T.O. rate, time per up, lost reasons and traffic by hour, for each salesperson with months of history.
How it works
Salespeople, managers and reception, with weekly schedules. People without an email get a login name.
Rotation order, late rule, step-away limits, T.O. timing and your follow-up cadence.
The board goes on the showroom screen, the line goes on every phone, and the check-in page goes on the front desk tablet.
Compare
Most up apps stop at the rotation, and most CRMs log ups without enforcing them. FairTurn covers the whole visit, from the greeting to the day-30 call.

FAQ
No. It runs the showroom floor next to your CRM. Customers, visits and outcomes can be exported, and DealerCenter appointments can be read in as they're booked.
You set the rules once: rotation order, the late rule, step-away limits, and whether a visitor who isn't a buyer gives the turn back. FairTurn applies them the same way every time, and every turn and override is logged.
No download needed. FairTurn runs in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen like an app, with alerts when you're next.
Add your team and their schedules, set your floor rules, and put the board on the showroom TV. You can be running the same day.
